V2Max

V2Max

A versatile piece of equipment and the elite of the Reformer line, the V2Max can be used to perform combinations of Reformer, Cadillac, and Mat Pilates exercises on one machine. The traveling pulley system that is unique to the Stott V2Max allows for standing Pilates work.

Cadillac

Cadillac

Modeled after 1930s hospital beds, the Cadillac can be used for everything from rehabiliation exercises to training for professional athletes and dancers.

Jumpboard

An attachment to the Reformer, the Jumpboard adds plyometric and aerobic exercise to any workout. The padded jumping surface provides an alternative to the footbar that allows you to work the full soles of the feet.

Cardio Tramp

Like the Jumpboard, the Cardio-Tramp Rebounder is an attachment to the Reformer or the V2Max that adds cardiovascular exercises to your workout, giving you a softer, more shock-absorbing landing that is easier on the joints.

The Vinyasa triangle is used with the Jumpboard and Platform Extender to do Zenga exercises, which is Vinyasa Yoga on the Reformer or V2Max.

A split-pedal chair with bars and springs for resistance, the Stability Chair has a sleek design meant to challenge your strength, balance, body control, and stability. The Chair is ideal for clients needing to train in an upright position.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is done on a mat, uses your own weight as resistance, and may include use of a Pilates Ring, Yoga Ball, Bosu, Foam Roller, Resistance Bands, Weights, balls, and blocks. It emphasizes correct alignment, breath pattern, rebalancing muscles, and movement patterns.

Total Barre

Total Barre

A fusion of Dance and Pilates, Total Barre gives you strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and dynamic stability exhibited in dancers with the core and leg strength from Pilates. Total Barre is for everyone. No dance experience required.
